How long do your products take to arrive?

For all non-personalised items, we advise a delivery time of 5-11 business days (please note: Saturday & Sundays are not classed as business days).

For all personalised items, we advise a delivery time of approximately 1-3 business days after dispatch.

How do your items travel during shipping? 

All of our items are shipped in a vacuum sealed bag so they can travel safely in smaller packaging. Open carefully when the items arrive and watch them spring to size! 

Do you only sell plush items?

How do I clean your plushies?

We recommend handwashing all of our plushies and letting them dry naturally. Either wipe with a damp cloth or hand wash in a sink/bucket with warm water and a mild detergent. 

Have your products been quality checked?

All of our products go through a rigid quality control check throughout the manufacturing process and at the end. We will simply not deliver the product unless it is up to the highest standard. All our plushies are CE certified and comply to all European and British standards EN71 parts 1, 2, and 3.
